Moderators for our morning session will be BookManager's Michael Neill, and Lee Trentadue, President of BCBA.

This presentation will be useful for both book buyers and reps.  Stores not using BookManager will also find the session useful because much of the morning's discussion will not only be about BookManager systems, but also about many other topics such as e-books, Facebook potential, websites, how reps and stores can better use e-mail alerts, and other ways booksellers can learn about upcoming potential best-sellers.

During this session, Michael will also talk about BookManager's on-line electronic catalogue service and how reps and stores can best make use of services, using both print and e-catalogues, so that book buyers and reps can get the best from both.  Reps need to understand the BookManager process in order to be on board with many of their indie bookstores' buying systems.
